The Cottage boasts four total bedrooms which sleep 12 comfortably, and three gorgeous full bathrooms. Perfect for two families with two primary suites each with a king bed and en-suite bath at the back of the home, and one queen bed room and one bunk room with one twin-over-twin and one full-over-full bunk bed (plus a pack-n-play in the closet) that share a third bathroom. Primary bedrooms also have multiple charging cables in each nightstand.

Beds are all made with high thread count OKEO-TEK cotton sheets, duvets and pillowcases. Each bed also has a foam mattress pad and waterproof mattress and pillow covers for hygiene. Extra blankets and pillows abound, and can be found in the closets. Bedrooms also have blinds and blackout curtains for easy sleeping even when the sun is up!

The kitchen has brand new, shaker-style cabinets with a well thought-out layout. It's well equipped with efficient GE appliances, and lots of cabinet space. Included for guest use are:

Sit back and relax on the oversized (very deep and cozy!) sectional that comfortably seats a large crew! Log in to your favorite streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, etc) on our Smart TV, and pick up where you left off on your favorite series. Find a collection of games in the cabinet, along with some coloring books, markers and crayons for the little ones!

The laundry room has ultra high capacity Samsung washer and dryer, along with a compact ironing board and iron. And we'll get you started with a few unscented laundry detergent pods in the white laundry container.

The front porch faces away from the ocean, and offers great turtle-spotting in the water across the street. The back porch offers gorgeous views (and sounds) of the ocean, and is a great place to sit and sip your coffee (or wine) while the kids are in bed. We will soon be adding rocking chairs to the front, and a table with benches and higher seating on the back porch. 

As with all newer beach homes, The Cottage is build on pilings (or stilts). Underneath the house offers covered parking, including a standard 120V outlet, where you're welcome to charge your electric car. In total, you can easily park 4-6 cars under the house and in the driveway. Just be careful to stay on the paved driveway and avoid the drainage basin!

There is also an outdoor shower (please wash the sand off before re-entering the home after a beach outing) and a clothesline to hang your beach towels and bathing suits. We also have a storage unit with boogie boards and a few chairs for guest use.
